630 cr

hi.do u know if a 630 in cr is going to ruin everything??does any1 know what percentage of those with 630 get in??

i’m applying to Princeton with an 700cr, 680 math and 620 w! act:31…gpa 3.85 uw : 5.57…

From the Princeton website, I deduce that you have a 3 percent chance of getting in with a 630 CR. This of course, takes no other factor into account.

I had a 630 in Critical Reading when I applied and I was accepted. If that’s the weakest thing on your application then I would still apply and just let the adcoms make their decision. But to answer your original question, I don’t think that it will ruin everything.

On November 3, 2008–a week ago–you posted that your CR score was 720; so why are you asking about a CR score of 630?

it was a friend of mine posting thos from school…

Probably need to ask the above poster who was accepted to Princeton with a 630 CR whether or not she is an URM, recruited athlete, or other type of “hooked” applicant. URMs can certainly get admitted to Yale & Princeton with a 630 CR. Without some quality or ability that is actively being sought by Princeton due to under-representation at the university, a 630 CR is not likely to be accepted to Princeton Univ., in my opinion.

I have a 620 in M, but my overall score is a 2200, which is within the range for P-ton…will it matter that much, considering they know I go to a crappy public school and I’m applying for a comparative lit major?
