I took the diagnostic last night at 10:51pm and got a 670, bcuz (i dont know how to do perms and combs(got all those wrong) does anyone know some good videos with that type of stuff to supplement my knowledge that im learning rn from barrons) and i didnt finish) and Im in calc bc. I got a 700 on Math2 last year at the end of soph year… What does 670 = and suggestions??? Thanks guys.

update-just took a random model test- model test (5) and got a 710 … xd

670 = 670, but I am not familiar with Barron’s or the difficulty to give you a solid answer.

The only difference between a permutation and a combination is whether the order of which you are selecting your objects matters.

The following videos give a nice introduction:

In my experience, Barrons’ math is typically harder than the one on the real test. I don’t know about Math 2 as I haven’t taken it, but for the SAT, Barrons’ math was more difficult than on the actual test. But then I guess it depends, as for the reading and writing sections it was far easier.

thanks for your responses above.I’ll take heed of it esp. the vids anyone else the more, the merrier

I scored 560 in Barrons and 710 in the real thing

Yes, Barrons usually covers the material more in depth and makes all of the tests harder
