Hey all,

Checked my scores for the SAT II subject tests and was pretty disappointed with myself.

Chemistry - 680
US History - 680
Math II - 800

I'm pleased with the math score but I really don't like chem or history. I understand that these scores aren't bad, but they aren't good either (I think they're both around the 70th percentile). And, for the schools I want to apply to (ivies and others), I know that they aren't good enough. I think my problem was lack of study and practice. Simply put I underestimated their difficulty.

So, I guess I should probably retake them, right? My regular SAT score was great, 2380, and I have straight A's in school, but I just don't want to apply with any obvious weaknesses.

Here's the problem: Its too late to register for the Jun 5 SATs. Which means that if I want to retake them, it'll have to be in October.

This can still be done, but I'm leery of forgetting information. What would your advice be? I was thinking that until summer I can do some light review with my SAT Subject test books (I also have school finals) to retain as much info as possible. Then, when summer starts, I can go crazy. Read each book from cover to cover multiple times, take all the practice tests, etc. and then come test day in October, destroy both tests!!

Please give me advice, I'm panicking a bit!
