I go to U of Minnesota but this is really funny, haha

Some things I’ve learned from freshman year:

Most Out of state students come from wealthy areas such as New York (Manhattan, Westchester, Long Island) , New Jersey, Chicago, or California. Like no one from other places in the midwest.

North Campus sucks: far from classes, away from “Michigan Culture”, bad food, no hot girls, old/antisocial dorms

Everyone does Engineering, Ross/Econ, math or Pre-Med. No history majors.

After freshman year, unless you get North Quad, Couzens or Lloyd live off campus

Dorms used to suck but are starting to get better after crazy $100 million renovations

Buy season tickets. You will end up regretting it if you don’t.

Don’t be surprised if you come home thanksgiving and none of your friends have never f**king heard of Macklemore or Porter Robinson

Tuition is expensive here. Make use of the money you are paying and actually go to class. Your grades will suffer otherwise.

Frat parties get old after first semester. House parties are wayyy better.

Pray that you get a Co-ed hall. Your social life will be much more amazing
