I am an intended history major and was wondering what are some of the easier classes to fulfill the biological and physical sciences for the 7 breadth requirement.

For Biology:
Any lower division MCB course( there much more interesting than the other choices)
Bio 1B
Bio 1A(Hardest choice, but very interesting)

For Physics:
Physics 10
Chem 1A
Physics 8A

For general biology courses, the alternative to Biology 1A/1AL and 1B for those who are not biology majors or pre-meds is Biology 11 (and 11L for the lab). Specific topical lower division courses in MCB or IB may be more interesting to some students. Other options are listed here: http://ls-advise.berkeley.edu/requirement/breadth7/bs.html

Lower division chemistry courses are:
Chemistry 4A, 4B: for chemistry and chemical engineering majors (requires high school chemistry and at least concurrent Math 1A; recommends high school physics)
Chemistry 1A/1AL, 1B or 3A: for all other majors who need it (most non-chemical engineering, biology) and pre-meds (requires high school chemistry)

Lower division physics courses are:
Physics 7A, 7B, 7C: for physics and engineering majors (requires high school physics and Math 1A and at least concurrent enrollment in Math 1B, 53, 54)
Physics 8A, 8B: for biology and architecture majors and pre-meds (requires Math 1A, 10A, or 16A)
Physics 10: for all others

Other physical science options are listed here: http://ls-advise.berkeley.edu/requirement/breadth7/ps.html . History 181B (Topics in the History of the Physical Sciences: Modern Physics: From the Atom to Big Science) is in this list.

LOL,

Do not take the Chem 4A-4B series unless you are a chemistry major. It is Extremely hard and not meant for any non-science majors
