7 days till the scores come out!!!!!

Ahhh freaking out!!! Only 4 more days left!!! I really want that 2300, and I am afraid that if I don’t get it I will probably end up retaking the SAT. Good look to everyone else on their scores and I hope I can keep it together for this week.

Hoping For 1100

Expecting 980

Current Score 840

iiBoGo, are you serious? are those your actual scores? because 980 is ridiculously low.

Do you think you could still cancel lol >.<

? Seriously?

They got bumped to the 24th I think

Why do you think they got bumped to the 24th? On CollegeBoard it still says available on the 23rd.

@Poikkk 980/1600 I’m guessing but that’s still pretty low, especially for this site.

Sorry I was looking at the “professionals” section of the website…don’t know why…

@ Shaggy007: I was a freshman and took them for summer program-admittance purposes, (which I did get admitted too) but my scores weren’t the greatest.
I got a 1900 total; 630 M 630 CR 640 W.

What do you guys think the critical reading curve is going to look like?

Yikes! It’s coming in 3 days!
Hoping for 800 CR 730 M 750 W 10-11 essay. 2320
I checked with the answers on collegeconfidential, and I’m pretty sure that I missed one SC and maybe a few mistakes in the passage.
Math I know I got 3 wrong, because of careless mistakes.
Writing I know I got at least 1 wrong, and I’m praying for a 10-11 essay. I feel that I used more impressive literary examples, and that it was clearer than my essay from the December test. I ran out of time, however, so I began rushing my essay and ended up with only 1.5 pages.

^Unfortunately, quantity is important in SAT essays.

@qwerty, I think the CR curve will be generous…hopefully.

I’ve read that even people with 1.5 paged essays get 10-11. Also, my handwriting is smaller compared to others

It’s definitely possible to get a 10-12 with only 1.5 pages. However in SAT essays, your chances increase the more you fill up the pages. But if you wrote great content in 1.5 pages, there’s nothing stopping you from getting a 12.

I got a 12 on the December SAT essay and I only wrote 1.25 pages. Quantity helps, but Quality is much more important.

I’d have to agree with secondarrow2 on this one.

ONE more day.

Do they come out midnight or what?

Apparently it’s at 5am eastern 2am pacific.
