7th Grade SAT Scores

How many of you are reporting your 7th grade (talent search) SAT?

a) Yes, because it was [insert high number]th percentile.
b) Yes, because it shows early mathematical prowess.
c) No, because it was horrid.
d) No, because that's trying too hard.
e) Yes/no, [insert other reason here].

Also, how many of you are reporting membership in things like the Study of Exceptional Talent (<a href="http://www.jhu.edu/gifted/set/services.html)?%5B/url%5D">http://www.jhu.edu/gifted/set/services.html)?</a></p>

I don't think my 7th grade score was even on the score sheet for when I was taking it for real. I don't think there would be any point in specifically mentioning it (unless you did better in 7th grade than in 12th grade).

They don't show up on the score sheet because SAT scores disappear off the record after four years. Showing the score would do no use unless you scored high enough to be recognized (for example, JHU has a scholarship for 7th graders who score over a certain number).

that could make it even worse to report!
"yes, I knew more as a 7th grader."

I guess the only way it would be helpful was if you got 800's both times.

Exactly my point. Is there a point in reporting such a scholarship even though it's rather old?

SET (700 or more on at least one part of the SAT before age 14) is well worth mentioning. Otherwise, I would suggest that you leave 7th grade matters out completely.
