Did you really ask why do you think your chances at Stanford are low? The acceptance rate says it all. I half suspect you are trying to rile people up with this post, but I will go along with it. You know your list is 100% prestige driven. You know there are plenty of top 50 colleges with renowned business and STEM programs. As for post #43, Cornell and Berkeley are reaches for all.
I think you should definitely only apply to those eleven schools you listed. As long as you like UTA you are all set. You have no hook.
