Why does your college list resemble the US news rankings? Applying to all the ivies, Stanford and MIT is too much and frankly ridiculous - ask pretty much anyone on this website. There is no way someone would be equally happy at all the ivies. Would you prefer an urban or rural campus? A strong core curriculum or an open curriculum? Is an undergraduate focus important to you? What about Greek life?
Elite schools aren’t ‘one size fits all’. Each college has its own individual personality and the majority of them have you write an essay about that.
As for your chances, I would say pretty low. Your application is pretty generic (especially for an Asian) and nothing stands out. Apply to 3 or 4 reaches (which is any school with a less than 15% acceptance rate) but focus your energy on matches (schools with around a 20-30% acceptance rate).
