8 Reasons Not To Attend Penn

Can someone please give me 8 Reasons not to attend penn, and even better yet (but less important) 8 reasons to go to Dartmouth

there are none

only one i can think of:

if you don't like urban environments... and love rural new hampshire... and all the boring atmosphere that results in a very party-heavy culture (since they have nothing else to do)

There are probably more criminals living in a 5 mile radius of Penn's campus than in the entire state of NH.

there are probably smaller classrooms in dartmouth

dartmouth is closer to ski resorts!

Dartmouth is more prestigious

wharton beats dartmouth, sorry.

why would you ask this on the penn forum?

there is no reasons not to attend penn

You can be with all of the other kids who got rejected from Penn

Not everyone needs electricity

Not everyone likes civilization

Some people want to go to a college that promotes alcoholism in students.

Some people don't get jokes.

Dartmouth has "mouth" in the name.

What do you mean by mouth in the name?

It's something Penn doesn't have...

HAHA, Venkat. That's cute.

To the OP: Did you really think that you'd get an serious answer in the Penn forum? Think again.

Penn is better than Dartmouth hands down
I think more people would recognize Penn's name before Dartmouth

What's Dartmouth?

^haha getcrunk
that proves my point

Whatever Penn State.

Dartmouth is a more wholistic experience. The undergrad focus really is a difference maker, and it leads to amazing recruiting, tremendous alumni loyalty, and amazing graduate placement (you are more interesting after knowing professors so well, doing research that people care about, going on study abroad like 2/3 of Dartmouth students, etc). Dartmouth will never sell itself out from being a liberal arts college, and it never needs to because its excels at everything that matters.

blaha blah blah

penn ranks higher than dartmouth.
