A freshman campus is a wing of the school just for 9th graders. I know one of the counties in our high school has one. They have their own principal, cafeteria, and auditorium.

Actually no… That isn’t necesarily a freshman campus.

The school that I was talking about has one building on one campus as the main high school for grades 10-12. The freshman campus is another building on another campus. They’re near each other drive-wise (maybe 5 minutes to drive between them), but the freshman campus is definitely not just a ‘wing’.

The freshman campus near us has all of the traditional wings… Art/Music, English, History, Foreign Language, Math, and Science. It’s basically a completely different school. They have about 1000 students I think.

Like for example maybe I’m creating a debate club at my junior high maybe I could form a social issues club at my school.

BUMP BUMP SO any tips so I could overturn my disadvantage or s being involved or is having strong ECs for my last year engough.

Bump anyone with some wise advice concerning me

Just relax, DreamStanforduni.
There are lots of schools that follow the 7-9 junior high 10-12 senior high pattern. No school is going to care about which system you are in. Work hard, do things you are interested in. That’s enough.
