9th grade taken at a middle school, do I put that on Common App?

Hi! I’m an international student, in my country you take 9th grade at middle school and then 10-12th in high school. Should I list the school in which I took 9th grade in my Common App?

You will be expected to send your middle school transcript for your ninth grade records. You need to list all of your ninth grade coursework.

Yes you should, and as @aunt_bea said you will need to send your middle school records for your 9th grade coursework.
