For the military service options,
I mistakenly put active duty in my original application.
but I actual status is reservist...

Today, I got a phone call from CAL, and their officer ask me where I serve for the military, I said I did not serve for military...
After the call, I was thinking why do they ask me such a weird question, then I came to my application website... I found my status is active duty...and I immediately call UC admission correct it..

I have received the admission from UCs where I apply ...
Will it affect my admission??? So worried and concerned about it....
Any people have meet similar situation? What should I DO?

Guys, I really need your help…
Please give me some advice…
I am really afraid of rescinding my admission…

I honestly wouldn’t worry too much if you called and stated the mistake. You said you’re reserve so either way you’re technically in the military (or a veteran).

actually, I dont know which status I belongs…
Reservist means waitlist?
Since I immigrated to U.S, I received some letters from military selective.
And I filled a form, then turn it back…

What do you guys write on this blank?

Wait, so… You’re not in the military? Reserves is when you go to boot camp, but you only go work on a military base like once a month after boot camp.

If you are referring to selective service registration, then that does not make you in the military. Or maybe I am not understanding what you are saying.

Dude, you’re not in the military at all LOL

Oh, you are right…
What I try to say is the selective service registration…
God… I need to call several UCs…
Just because I am not familiar and I am so stupid to make such a s mistake…

Yeah…I figured it out since I have googled for a long time…
Now, I am concerning about whether it will affect my admission or not…
