A big mistake

On the SAT answer sheet scantron, I forgot to fill out the test ID portion.
Will I get a score back?

I assume there are multiple ways to identify scorer such as knowing the date and location of the test, the name and number you would have put on the form, and any other identifying Information. I assume completed scantrons from one date and place are returned in a handful of packages. I then would look for one scantron that had answers but no identifying data. There may be even be a printout from your sitting of all exams by names, except for the nameless sheet. If your name is on the roster of attendees and only one scantron is nameless, I would assume the blankish scantron was yours. This search will be individual, time consuming and a pesty nuisance that will cost a reasonable fee that you and not your parents will pay. You need to have a really good explanation for what you were doing when the group was bubbling identifying information.

Oh! You must call SAT and request the search.

@zannah Oh, I filled out the name and everything else. The only thing I forgot was the Test version number. And do you happen to know where to call? Thanks

Log in to Your College Board account. Under "my SAT"You’ll see your test date, etc. if you click on that date there should be a customer service number to call. I would call ASAP ( as in right now!), document the date, time, and what was said in the conversation just so you have a written record of it. Even if you don’t reach someone tonight, document that you called. Try again tomorrow, or if they say they aren’t open then try first thing Monday. It’ll work out, but you need to be on top of things. Most of all, don’t stress about it. Certainly, you are the first kid to forget to fill in something on the test form.
