Do you think I should throw in some humanities/social science ones, like history and and lit? Although, the lit one I here is ridiculous. Would it be wise to do US History and Math IIC in November after the SAT?

You might consider taking a language test--they have really big curves, so if you had a decent teacher you should do great. And I'm not sure if I understood your last post, but you can't take SAT Subject tests and the reasoning test on the same day. If thats what you were saying.

On a side note, I agree with Rabo--SATII tests really aren't a big deal to the ivy league schools. I have a friend who got into Harvard and Yale with all three scores below 700. It's all about the essays, imo.

Sorry. What I meant is that I could take the SAT in October, and then I could take one or two SAT IIs in November. See, I'm tempted just to get my bio rescored. I think the chem that I'm getting rescored will come out above 700, and I'm thinking the same thing about the bio. That'll give me the scores I'd want. I really don't want most of my scores to be in the 600s. However, with those rescores, 4 would be in the 700s and 2 would be in the 600s. I'd be fine with that. And, I think if I could nail the SAT in November, then I could get in. I'm a good writer, or so my teachers have told me.

I really don't think AP scores play any part in admissions. I've never heard that from past applicants, counselors, etc. they don't even request it in the app, if my I remember correctly.

based on you scores, you don't really have much chance.

That's why I'm working on improving the SAT. The SAT IIs are fine, ro so everyone says. I just hope I can bring the SAT up to 2300+. That'll make my day, and I should be able to given I have three months to prepare.

Retake the tests, and see if you do better. They do matter.

I don't want to take my SAT IIs over again. I've been working hard for the SAT. I took that without any preparation the first time just to find out where my weaknesses were.

Well you may have to do some things you don't want to do!!

dude, ur sat II's aren't good enough unless you have some hook. If you're like most ppl, without a hook, but still Amazing EC's, then you stand no chance, because there's ppl with ur Ec's and way better sat's.
