<p>Since you aren’t a US citizen, you’ll be a considered an international. Are you sure you don’t have at least permanent resident status? If not, then all the UCs are going to be difficult. Given your GPA, Berkeley and UCLA would be nearly impossible; UCSD very difficult; and UCSB/UCD/UCI somewhat difficult, though less so. But if you’re really an international, they’re all most likely reaches; you didn’t apply to any safeties (even if you were an in-state US citizen, none of those are safeties for you), and to be honest, international applicants cannot usually consider any UC a safety, given the competition for admission among CA students.</p>
