I plan on going into pharmacy and right now AP Bio is a REAL struggle. My grades are fairly good so far with straight A´s freshmen year and 1 B in second semester Honors Chem for sophomore year. I got 1 B first semester AP Bio and right now I have a 73 for second semester? Does this really screw up my chances for pre-pharm at Purdue? My unweighted GPA is 3.94 for now. I do better in classes with math so next year it’s AP Chem, AP Stats and AP ABcalc along with a heavy focus on science.
It isn’t “the end”, but it won’t help your application either. Why are you giving up at the beginning of March? You’ve got at least two more months to bring it up to a B-. Get yourself down to your school’s tutoring center and also have a talk with the teacher about what you are doing wrong. Figure out the upcoming topics and try to get a head start on your reading.
