I have a 79 in my algebra 2 class- now, now, here are some of the circumstances:
I'm a freshman in algebra 2, pre-ap.
In the first 9 weeks, I had a low B. This nine weeks, it's a 79- unless my semester exam magically brings it up.
All my other grades are A's- low A's, but A's (and pre-ap level...)
I also took a test last week which I am confident I did well on, however our teacher said she won't be able to finish grading AFTER this grading period, so it won't be on this semester's score....

I do work hard in algebra 2. It's more difficult than I thought it was, and I don't know how badly this will affect my chances of getting into colleges. I know I'm only a freshman and I have more opportunities to maybe fill this void, but really, how harmful is this C?
