<p>For it to be a really good census we'd need moderator support so it could be posted as a global forum announcement or something instead of just posting it to one board. (I'm sure the composition of the Cafe is very different from the composition of the chances forum or High School Life or the SAT prep forum.) And it'd need to be posted as a poll or something.</p>
<p>Good questions would include:</p>
<p>1) How would you categorize yourself? (student/parent/educator/other)
2) What grade are you in?
3) What sort of school do you go to?
4) Ethnicity?
5) Where do you live?
6) SAT score? :p
7) Why do you post on CollegeConfidential?
8) How long have you been here? How often do you post?
9) Which forums do you post in?
10) Which forums do you like or dislike? What do you think of the people who post there?</p>

<p>There would be more responses if it were posted as a poll AND all current members would have to fill out certain parts of it to keep their accounts active.</p>
<p>I get the feeling that there are a lot of lurkers on this site without accounts, so I'd also want to see the traffic this website receives in a day.</p>
