<p>Excellent recommendations and apparently, superb college essay by my Expos teacher (and she's a Ed.D in English...and is address by "Dr.")</p>

<p>Take one honors class (Chamber Singers) and the rest were Level ones and two (Advance + Competitive).</p>

<p>It's weird...a lot of my friends got deferred. They're decent students too. A lot of druggies in my school got admitted. I'd have to say, I don't even know if I have a good hand in the cards for NEU.</p>

<p>I guess the part about their being druggies probably didn't show up in any of their applications...and maybe their stats were higher? But it is sad when the ones you really think do not deserve it often seem to get the good breaks...</p>

<p>Hey, I'm from Taiwan too.
I lived in CA,NV.
I also applyed NEU. My test score sucks too.
Reading 420, writing 400, Math 670.
GPA 3.9 top 25%
I think u need to take TOEFL. and if you get a decent score on it.
You will have a pretty good chance.
Being a group with asian does sucks.
This website is full of people who try to show off on their test score.
I mean why would you apply NEU if you get a 2000/2400 on your SAT
so, be confidense about your self. Especially 11 years experience in Piano.
Show that in your application and Im sure u will do fine.</p>
