A chance at the top?

<p>I haven't really been considering any Ivy's, mostly schools with higher acceptance rates, like BC, Villanova, USC, and so on. However, I was wondering if my stats (with slight improvements) would be good enough for an Ivy:</p>

<p>Black Male, 1st generation American
GPA: 3.8
SAT: 1900
French SAT II: 780
English SAT II: 690 (retaking, as I took it without any prep)
EC's:
worked in a senegalese village for 10 days
repainted a mentally-handicapped hospital in Mauritius
composing and recording musician
misc. academic awards from english and history depts.
Ethnically confusing: 1/4 Chinese, African, Austrian, Indian
Lived all over the world, in Zimbabwe, D.C., Belgium, Mauritius, and (currently) California. Am an incoming senior living with sister (parents living in Africa), working at Starbucks during the school year</p>

<p>Deciding whether to even bother dreaming of going to UPenn and others or not.</p>
