Business major, applying to undergrad business programs

I think you have a very good chance at most of these schools
For Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, and Emory Your chances at those schools might be affected by your gpa unless your class ranking is high

whats your school like? grad rate? do alot of people have 4.0s? i can chance you again if you tell me.

also, chance me?
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/626406-i-just-applied-now-i-am-worried.html

Your GPA hurts you at those top schools where 4.0s are common, but…

Penn State- In
Carnegie Mellon- Low reach
Syracuse- Prob in
NYU- High reach because you are applying for business
Emory- Match
Boston U- Match
Cornell- Reach
UCONN- In
Indiana- In
Illinois Urbana- Low match/in
USC- High match/low reach

Chance me please! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/621725-took-risk-blew-any-hope-left.html

excellent school (lol 70% asian, im white) im in the top area of my class, all honors kids get into gooodd schools, almost all go to college after graduation, only aobut 6-7 straight A AP/IB kids left…overall ranked #126 in the country of public schools SUNNY HILLS HIGH

you chances go up then. at some good schools 4.0s are hard to get, so it wouln’t be expected that you have one. the nat recognition for you school is good. i think your chances are up by 10-20% at each school i chanced you for.

any other opinions???

Penn State - accepted
Carnegie Mellon - denied
Syracuse - accepted
NYU - maybe waitlisted [if it’s for stern, denied]
Emory - maybe accepted/maybe waitlisted
Boston U - accepted

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/629749-chance-me-ivies-ucs-other-top-schools-will-chance-back.html

Penn State- match
Carnegie Mellon- high reach
Syracuse- match
NYU- reach
Emory- reach (your GPA will hurt you RD)
Boston U- high match/low reach
Cornell- high reach (very high)
UCONN- match
Indiana- match
Illinois Urbana- match
USC- you’re in-state so probably a lower reach because USC is favorable to CA residents, but it is still a reach.
jaydenxeick305 is offline

Penn State- match
Carnegie Mellon- reach
Syracuse- match
NYU- reach, because you’re applying to stern. Anywhere else would be a match.
Emory- reach
Boston U- Definitely in, and I am surprised by all the people listing this as a high match or a reach. This is not Boston College. Boston U is the closest thing to a safety, besides Indiana, on the list.
Cornell- Reach
UCONN- Definitely in
Indiana- Definitely in
Illinois Urbana- match
USC- low reach

I only know a few of these schools well so based on that:

NYU - Low reach I feel? I dunno, I have a 2010 but a higher GPA and I’m applying. International Student from SG (no aid). I believe I have a chance.
Emory - I think you’ll get in 75%, I’m applying as well.
Boston U - In
Cornell - Not sure, but their business program isn’t that great is it?
Indiana - In

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/588423-international-student-rather-confused-about-where-apply.html

idk ur GPA is more important than SATs remember that said i think ull get into BU, SU, Indy, UCONN, illinois, the rest are reaches minus USC and Emory, i think are waitlists due to GPA
