Isn't the school supposed to upload my transcript as a part of the school forms? the school received everything else: the school report and everything......I am freaking out

Don’t freak out. Go to your common app site. Click on My Colleges. Then on the school. does it show the school forms were assigned?

Anyway, it sounds like the school just missed checking something off. Call them. Even if they did not have it, it could be fixed. The first couple of weeks of the application process is used to sort all these messes out.

My daughter had three colleges tell her pieces of her application were missing, quick emails sorted them out. They had them all along. But, at this point of the year, when adcom offices are the busiest, I think phone calls would be better.

Totally agree anotherparent - I Just experienced the same thing today with two schools, both had noted that they hadn’t received transcripts that were provided by HS in October. The key is to call the college admissions office with your sweetest, nicest, helpful and patient voice and ask to double check if they’ve received everything. In both cases the schools were very helpful - one found out that they had the transcript and immediately corrected the status online and the other asked that my son’s HS send another copy. It’s all in the tone of voice!!

Thanks guys!!!

But check the college’s website, too. Some specifically request that people NOT call or email until a certain date, because admissions is so overwhelmed with sorting things out before that date.

Relax. A student is responsible for completing the CA, the CA supplements and the payment method. The rest (counselor report, transcripts, results, Teacher recommendations and stuff) is not a student’s responsibility. They can be submitted much after the deadline if there is a problem but try to MAKE your counselors and teachers to complete your work because only then you will get some inner peace
good luck to you all!

Did you apply ED II? If yes, the RD colleges don’t get your FR right now but the FR gets unlocked only after your ED II decisions are over! Cheer up! :D

BU says it doesn’t have my SAT scores that I’ve sent 3 times now. I’ve sent them email but no answer. I have no idea how this is even possible.

ready, contact the college board directly
