A college to transfer to (with budget)

Someone asked me to post my parents budget before they would help me and its 40k a year.

I did poorly in high school and ended with a 2.7 and 21 act. I go to an okay university but I want to transfer now. Can someone suggest a college for me? My gpa in college first semester is 3.04.

I want to go to a college in the big ten, acc, or pac 12 if possible. Thanks

Add this info to your other thread. You will end up with the same answers. Colleges will still consider your HS info at this point.
