A Contradicting SAT Math Question?

<p>If x > 0 and if 0 < x^2 < 1/64 , what is one possible value of x?
the answer is 0 < x < 1/8
I got the correct answer but it still seems contradicting. If x is 1/7, then it wont work in 0 < x^2 < 1/64 but it will work in 0 < x < 1/8, which you get from square rooting the entire inequality; if x is 1/9, however, it will work in 0 < x^2 < 1/64 but it will not work in 0 < x < 1/8.</p>

<p>1/7 is greater than 1/8, not less than. 1/9 is less than 1/8. I’m not really sure what you are saying.</p>
