For extra cirriculars ( I don't have a lot) do i just list them on the little space on the application or type up another sheet listing them all and attach them. With my teacher recs do they send them to the school or do i send them myself. I have about a 87 weighted avg probably about 82 unweighted do colleges see the weighted or unweighted. And if im applying to a business school would I be a less preferable candidate because my verbal is much higher then my math, is that frowned upon, 670 v 600 m. Thank You

It would nice if someone could answer these for me.

Extracurriculars - you can do it either way, DD put her most important ones on the app, and attached a resume. Alternatively, if you have an unusual EC, the extra sheet can be space to explain it, rather than just list like a typical resume.
As for teacher recs, that depends on your high school, you should discuss this with the GC. If the teacher mails them, you need to supply pre-addressed, stamped envelopes and the rec forms, the teacher will make any needed copies. If the GC mails them, you may or may not need to supply materials. Either way, a hand-written thank you note, with or without a small gift (we got a small bag of chocolates, tied with a pretty ribbon) is in order for your recommenders.

Thanks.. what about the other ?'s?

If i have 3 D's on my report card does that kill all my chances??

If a school doesnt need SAT II scores and I send them and they're bad does that work to discourage my acceptance

Ds will kill you for most extremely selective colleges, not that you would be applying to any, maybe you should consider community/state college just in case, unless all of these poor marks came in the freshman year. SAT scores are solid, nothing more, a GPA of about 3.2, apply to Babson, Bentley, BU, BC(reach) maybe Northeastern as a saftey.

I wouldn't say much higher, i actually think you are one of those "balanced ppl" look at me, i mean i am consider an illiterate (600V 800M) :(, on the writing SAT II, i'll be toast, i don't even know the difference between who and whom!!!!!!

hmm 2 were in 11th grade and one is in my senior year. The 2 i got were both in college classes, which i regret taking because the teachers sucked. But i've taken 2 AP's and mostly honors with 5 years of language and 5 sciences. Does that balance out the D's?

What is the dif between whom and who

You know that teacher page in the app how does that work
do u take it out and give it to the teacher or what?

in my school you take the teacher page out, fill out the top, give it to the teacher with an envelope addressed to the college and with a stamp. they can mail it out themselves since you have provided all the materials necessary for them to do so.

"What is the dif between whom and who"

whom=object

object of the preposition:
to whom
for whom
