Here are my stats:

PA Resident
Race: Black
Gender: Male

HS GPA: 3.3 or 3.4

SAT: 1430 Total (I'm going to retake it)
M: 440
CR:480
W:510

EC's
-Marching Band
-Drumline
-Percussion Ensemble
-Drumming lessons every week
-Semi-pro Baseball
...and possibly Mock Trial, World Affairs club, and the School Newspaper this year

Things that might get counted against me:
-NO AP's or honors so far (I'm going to try to get as many as I can for my senior year, and I might do dual enrollment).
-I've been to 2 different high schools in three years, not because of discipline problems, but because of my mom's inability to pay for Catholic school (I went to Catholic school grades 9 and 11).

Things that might help me:
-I had a terrible freshman year with a low GPA. This is because I came from the worst school district in PA into a challenging Catholic school. But ever since that year, I've showed an upward trend.
F-year GPA: I think a 3.1 or 3.2
S-year GPA: 3.5
J-Year GPA: 3.6

And here are my top colleges in order:
1. Penn State University Park
2. University of Delaware
3. University of Maryland
4. Temple University
5. UConn

So instead of people telling me that I can't get into certain colleges, can you give me advice on how to increase my chances at these colleges? I know my freshman year grades and SAT scores are terrible, but please just tell me what I can do to get in! Thank you :D
