<p>How much would a drop in senior year grades affect me if i dropped from an overall average of 95 to a 91 avrg senior year? (btw, my junior avrg was 99).</p>

<p>Would this affect me greatly in college admissions. (I'm applying to Northwestern, Brown, carnegie mellon, and other regular schools)</p>

<p>If you had already gotten into college, and your grade falls from a 95 to a 91, it would not hurt your chances at all. If your grade falls from a 95 to a 70, then you should start worrying.</p>

<p>I think he’s talking about the first semester grades which do matter. Are those grades weighted?</p>
