<p>melrose and la brea is in the heart of hollywood. it used to be a shady area but its getting gentrified (cleaned up), so you would be safe. also its very close to a lot of restaurants, clubs, shops, basically its one of the hippest parts of LA. you'll have boutiques on one end and trnasgender hookers 2 blocks away. in any case, as emmeline asked, how many rooms, bathrooms, size, sahred, studio! $850 could be a snag, or a rip.</p>

<p>i think the dining is better than other schools i've visited. ucla has mainly ppl who are smart AND good-looking, unlike other schools, i believe.</p>

<p>It's a one bedroom in a complex of 10 units, no parking, (but it's readily available off-site), own kitchen and bathroom with utilities. Plus a garden.</p>
