A few days ago, I just placed first in a DECA comp and I am moving up to state. Is this worth contacting them to add to app?

For those who reported a suspension, did anyone else get contacted about it?

I got mine in an email a couple of days after I submitted my application (online using commonapp). When did you submit your application?

You should email the information to your regional officer anyways. It doesn’t hurt to try even if it’s a bit late.

Can’t answer this one.

Advancing to state in DECA is a complete joke. teams are categorized in groups and the first place of each group advance on. If you advanced to state it meant that you were competing at the regional level, and only about 4-5 teams compete at that level anyway, thus they are in different groups. That means every one of the teams advance onto state. at least that’s how it works in Texas.
