A few more Opinions

I've posted before, But i have some updated stats... so here it is
I'll start with bad news and work my way to good news!

3.34 GPA, Unweighted, I'm ranked in the 40th percentile of my school (199/464). Which is unreal, but that's the way it is. I do have a C on my transcript in Algebra II, however I'm retaking the class and I currently have an "A", so my GPA will rise. My school doesn't wieght classes.

I have taken all honors/AP courses.

My other downfall is my below average ACT- 24

Now for the good news.......

I was selected by teachers and guidance for participate in Badger Boys state, which is a leadership and Government simulation camp.

Sorry for the lenght of this post. I really appreciate any though/comments/suggestions. Is this a correct plan for me to go to Miami, or should I wait until my GPA changes and Go RA.... my GPA won't change offically until Jan, but my Counselor will mention that It will improve.

3.34 GPA... National Honors Society? wow

Honestly, that was rude, and I didn't appreciate it. But you have a right to speech, and I'm a nice guy, and I'll leave it at that...

Thoughs would be apprecaited!

You should try retaking the ACT/SAT, but for the schools you are interested in i think you have strong chances.
