A few questions for a prospective student

I have a 3.38 GPA, I scored a 24 on the ACT, I'm taking classes at the local community college for high school and college credit, I've been involved in student counsel, writing club, Home Ec club, and science club. Would I have a good chance of being accepted to CSULB because i would be an out of state student and on average, only 40 out of state students get accepted.

I’m no expert, but I was accepted as out-of-state and my GPA was the same as yours unweighted (4.5 weighted) , I took college classes as well, and my ACT was a 23. So, I think you have a pretty good shot :)

clubs and extra currics dont mean anything in the cal state system sadly

It’s hard to predict chances at any CSU, but even harder for OOS students. Just try to get the best grades you can and retake your ACT if possible. Good luck!
