A few questions from incoming freshman

<p>ok here are a few questions...
1. when and where do you find out where all of your courses are located? like which hall? they weren't written on the schedule
2. some of my classes don't have required textbooks yet on pennbookstore, do they come up later or do you have to wait till the first day and the professors say something?
3. i found some course syllabus online, but they are really outdated for the same courses, do the professors somewhat keep with their old syllabus? and also, do they hand syllabuses out at the beginning of the course?</p>

<p>yea..and if anyone else has any questions post on this thread too</p>

<li> The rooms will appear on PennInTouch[on the schedule/in course search] probably a week or two before classes. </li>
<li> Some classes don’t use the Penn bookstore, but rather the Penn book center[where it won’t appear on the penn bookstore search]. Other professors order books late, so unfortunately you’ll have to wait to get them.<br></li>
<li>It’s hard to comment on a generality about professor’s using the same syllabus over the years. But you will get a syllabus either handed to you or electronically during the first week of classes.</li>
