A few questions regarding application process

I have been super stressed out lately by the application process, and I apologize if these questions may have already been answered, but any help would be appreciated greatly.

Question 1: Do I have to send in my high school transcript before the application deadline, or do the schools take SAT Scores / Transcripts after the deadline? Also, if this is the case, should I send in my transcript before I send in my application?

Question 2: Does applying for Summer B strengthen chances of admission, and if I applied for Fall would they defer me to Summer B if I wasn't able to get in for the Fall? (Specially thinking of UF)

Question 3: One of the schools I am applying to, FSU, has two deadlines, one of them being on October 15th. I am currently working on the application, and it asks for my SAT scores. I have taken the SAT once and got an 1850 - I also took it about a week ago and got what I estimate will be a 2050-2150. Should I just put my old, worse SAT scores into the application and send it out by the 15th, or miss the deadline and send in my application afterwards with my better SAT scores?

TL;DR: Do I have to send in my transcripts by application deadlines? Does applying for Summer B strengthen my chances of admission? Does missing the first out of two deadlines for a school application process damage my chances?

Thanks :)

1) Do you attend a US high school? If yes, your school sends transcripts not you. They’ll take care of it.

2) Depends. Most US colleges don’t care about extracurricular activities whatsoever. The few selective ones that do value constructive use of time. Any particular summer program is not better than another activity per se. You should see if UF, FSU, etc. even cares about ECs whatsoever.

3) Is the early deadline something of great value to you? Otherwise, I’d wait and submit the (hopefully) better scores. The difference isn’t small. You won’t face any real decline if you miss the 1st deadline.

Have your school sends your transcript and guidance counselor recommendation ASAP. No need to wait until you submit the application.

Send in your application now. Don’t estimate your October results. You will look really bad being presumptuous. Let them know they will be receiving October testing scores. They will receive the October scores in time to review you. It is typical for scores to come in after the deadline.
