<p>I was just wondering...I went onto the Wisconsin website and it said that the online application comes out the 1st of September but they start accepting apps on the 15th. </p>
<p>Why is that? :S</p>
<p>Also I was wondering how the counselor form works for UW. Is it an online form or do you have to print it and have your counselor fill it out and mail it?</p>
<p>And one last question, do they require letters of rec? If not, do they like to see them?</p>
