A few technical questions about transfer forms

Hi all,

I am currently a freshman looking to transfer to a few universities.

I was just wondering how a few things worked. A lot of schools require High School forms to be completed by your former HS counselors. Do I need to go back to my HS and print out a physical form and give it to my counselor to complete and then copy it for all the other institutions I need to send it to or how do I do this?

In the case of instructor/TA evals, is it the same thing, do I print out the physical form, give it to an instructor, have them fill it out and then copy it and physically MAIL it to the institutions?

In the case of transcripts, what do I need to send? I am in a quarter system. What do I have to ask my office of registrar to send? Would I send my first quarter results only? And would the midterm report cover my second quarter and third quarter?

Usually you don’t ask your professors recommendation letters for more two schools.

Both HS counselor and professors have to send in the letters themselves. You don’t get to touch the letters.

You have to request the send of your transcripts every time you finished a quarter, every time you have new grades.
