Is there an average for the freshman admission rate of UCI, or any of the other UC's for that matter? That's the only statistic I've had trouble finding.

I've counted 36 semesters of A-G approved coursework, do you think that's alright?

This is actually worrying me now. I looked on the site and it says the average for those admitted is 23 year long classes. I only have 18 (counting Econ and Government which are two semester long classes).

I mean, my UC GPA is calculated on only eight A-G classes, but it's a 3.93. I have five AP classes in all, and three years of honors classes but I'm not sure if they're UC approved honors.
All in all, I've taken four years of english, four years of math, three years of science, one year of art, two years of foreign language, two and a half years of history, and one and a half years of college prep.

Do you think that this is going to ruin it for me? All else considered I'd be a match, but this is bugging me very much.

Also, I have a question about "UC approved honors". I took three years of classes named "Honors" at my school, but when I went to enter them, it said they weren't "UC Approved" Honors. The name "Honors" is on there, it just didn't enter in as "Honors Level". Tell me, do those count?

Ok, I read up on it, and I realize that those two "Honors" courses I took in 10th don't count. But do they give me any sort of edge whatsoever?

I suppose my main concern is that the adcoms will look at my record and say that I haven't taken enough classes. DO you think that's going to happen, knowing the other aspects of my record?

UCs recognize the amount of A-G courses you take during your high school years. Usually, additional semester of A-G courses wil give you an edge or give you more points towards admissions. However, it's not really necessary at all to have. You'll be fine. UC Davis gives 50 points for for each additional semester after 35 semesters of A-G courses. UCSD gives 250 points for 33-39 courses and 500pts for 40+. UCI also indicated in their comprehensive review that they consider high numbers of A-G semesters.

"Number of, content of and performance in academic courses completed beyond the University's minimum eligibility requirements."

You're worrying too much merc4hire. The areas you should be worrying about are not the ones you've been asking about. Just to let you know, those "honors" courses are only seen to the adcoms as a regular non-ap class if they are not a UC approved honors course.
