I have A question regarding the UC A-G requirements , Greatly Aprreciate if you share any information on the subject.

I Have only taken 1 year of language (e) but I took AP Spanish, will the compensate for the 2 years that is required to take for the A-G requirements? or will I need to take AP Literature next year to complete my A-G requirements?
I Also pass the AP test with a 5 and I am planning to take the AP Spanish Lit and getting a 5 but I am not planning to take the class.

[University of California - “A-G” courses](http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/freshman/requirements/a-g-requirements/index.html) says that an AP Spanish test score of 3 or higher fulfills the UC foreign language requirement for admission.

Check each campus, subdivision, and major to see if there are any additional foreign language requirements for graduation.

yes, just passing your AP Span course will fulfill the FL language requirement. Since AP Lang is considered year 5, UC will assume that you have the requisite knowledge for years 1 & 2.
