okay so i took biology & ap biology in 9th and 11th grade....those met a-g requirements.

However in 10th grade i took online chemistry that did not meet the a-g requirements. so does 9th grade bio count for the a-g requirement, or am i not eligible to apply to UC schools? thanks

I don’t recall much but I would believe you needed a life science (biology) and a physical science (chemistry or physics). The three disciplines: biology, chemistry, and physics. I would believe you needed at least two of three due to needing two years of laboratory science. Are you by chance taking physics now and why did the online chemistry class not count? As I recall, a friend of mine took online classes that counted or I may be wrong you; should consult a counselor for more information on that. In your scenario, the best possible solution would take a chemistry or physics course at a local community college during the winter quarter if you desperately want to apply to UC(s) if you currently do not fulfill the A-G requirement, but I would assume you’re taking a science course in 12th grade which hopefully is physics.
