Do universities in general value SAT I more than SAT II? Or is it possible to use better SAT II scores amend for poorer SAT I score? I got 690 on reading, 770 on writing, 800 on math, and 800 on all SAT IIs (math II, chem and bio). reading was not that good…hoping the other scores would amend for that

And sorry if this has been asked before...i don't really check this forum that much

ur other sat2s have absolutely nothing to do with critical reading tho

it might, concievably, be overlooked if you got a low score on cr but a high one on sat2lit or a high score on an ap english exam, but not on sat2s that have absolutely nothign to do with the sat1 category

but strong sat2s ^^^ chances, but they still look at ur sat1 as an sat1 regardless of ur sat2s

i guess for penn, it depends what school your applying to and what your intended major is. 690cr isnt horrible and ur other scores make up for it wonderfully.

690 Cr is above the 90th percentile... its not a bad score...

from what ive heard, schools look at the top 5 sat scores, regardless of it being on sat I or II.

I'm pretty sure SAT I is more important...

thanks for the comments guys...well i'm not going to dwell on it, there isn't anything i can do about it now anyway, just have to hope for the best

I'm pretty sure collegeboard sucks no matter what :P
