<p>Unlikely as you cannot establish residency WHILE you are attending college in MN…but the good news is that the tuition for OOS students at UMinn Twin Cities is not much higher than for instate so it doesn’t matter as much as at other public universities.</p>
<p>You are so fortunate to have a sister who will be close to where you are attending college. I agree with others…make the most out of MSU-M and make a decision about transfering later. Do make sure you take the course sequences for an engineering major (the science and math requirements). </p>
