A good fit?

So I have been doing a lot of thinking about college, and I'm getting kind of nervous! I'm afraid I'm aiming to high with my college choices and I wanted to know a few colleges that would be good fits for me and my resume.
Right now, I've been thinking mostly about:
Emory, Georgetown, Claremont McKenna, and UW Honors
I know these are extremely difficult schools to get into and that's why I need advice!
I am a junior and have a 4.0 gpa (unweighted? I'm not really sure...I've gotten A's in every class)
At my school if you get a 4.0 you are automatically valedictorian so assuming I keep my grades up I will be valedictorian in the top 1% of my class.
My SAT's are not pretty. I got a 690 reading, 660 math, 660 writing. I am hoping to raise these soon. I have taked 2 sat II's 730 biology and 720 American History. I am taking the ACT next month.
I have a lot of extracurriculars (sports, newspaper, president of NHS) and volunteer (boys and girls club, 6 weeks in kenya) I don't really want to go into that much detail...
I'm not sure what I want to do, but maybe something with biology/international health or international relations. Not really sure.
Oh yeah and I've taken 5 APs but I don't have any scores yet.
So good fits for me that are possibly a little less competitive than the schools above?
THANK YOU!

What about those schools do you like? Do you have limitations geographically or socially we should consider (not in the South, has a good -insert sport here- team, etc)? I assure you’re in Washington.

yes I’m in Washington…let’s see, I don’t really have any requirements, just a good academic school, and I’m open to lots of sizes though preferably not TOO big. Maybe shy away from the midwest a little too…
