I'm thinking I'll get an associates in philosophy and become a cop. Then work a few years to get a feel of that side of our justice system in the US, then get a bachelors in the classics and apply for law school.

Wow, that’s a new one on me. Doesn’t sound bad at all though. My only consideration would be to join the force before or after the bachelors degree. I bet law schools are going to love this arc though!

What made you quit Chemical Engineering?

Criminology?

That sounds like a good/interesting plan. Lawyer with cop experience… Good idea.

Some other thoughts: Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology. They would probably be interesting courses for you, to supplement your current plan.

I grew tired of labs and the math.

I have decided to follow what I’m passionate about and those are philosophy and history with some poetry sprinkled in.

Get as BS in Pig Anatomy. You’ll need it in the swine filled world of law enforcement.
