a GPA on a what scale?

the university of chicago asks me to send them my first semester grades by typing them in on their website. and i have this question. my school uses the 4.0 scale (4=A, 3=B, 2=C, 1=D, 0=F) and makes all AP and honors classes based on a 5.0(5=A, 4=B, 3=C, 2=D, 1=F) when weighted. when they ask for my GPA i plan on putting down my weighted GPA of 4.38. they ask “on what scale?” should i put in 4.0 or 5.0?
as in:
0 unweighted, 0 weighted (click which one)
GPA: 4.38
On a Scale Of: (4.0 or 5.0)
thanks

My school has the same scale. Put 4.28 weighted on a 4.00 scale.

actually the thing said:
"on a grading scale maximum of _____"
does that change anything? sorry..

hmmmmmm. that i don't know about. but i think that since you can check weighted or unweighted, if you write 5.0 for the max, they should know that 5.0 is the highest weighted. but don't take my word for it because this is just my interpretation.
