A+ grades on a 4.0 scale same as A?

Do A+ grades that show up on your transcripts look better than A's? My school is only on a 4.0 system where an A would be a 4.0.

At my school it will show up as an A+ on the transcript but will count as a 4.0 the same as an A would. I’d think an A+ would be more impressive particularly in a class known to be difficult but I don’t know if it actually makes a difference or not.

Technically my undergrad school is on a 4.0 scale, but A+ grades are 4.33. I’m sure that they will look at your actual transcript, too, not just your GPA.

my school only goes to a 4.0. Some classes have +/- systems while others don’t. < that only applies to grades below an A not an A+. But I was looking on the site where all my grades are listed and one of my grades showed up as an A+, I’m not sure if that’ll show up on the transcript or not tho.

FYI Some schools don’t give out A+'s
