Can anyone explain the following question for me? Thanks a lot!!!

The people(sitting behind me) in the movie theater were talking throughout the film (and would) not keep (their voice) down even after being asked to do so.

The answer: C.
why? Is that mean voice here is a countable noun? I thought voice should be uncountable~

What about "noice" ? Is it also countable?

It’s “would not keep their voiceS down” because each person has a voice!! When you say “noice”, you mean “noise” right?? If so, the word “noise” can be put in its plural form and becomes “noises” as in “I hear a lot of different noises coming through the door.”

Thanks. I really didn’t know that voice and noise have plural form. Thank you very much!
You are gonna take the Oct. Text? Good luck! I guess you can get at least 2300~~~
