I'm a sophomore at a high school in VA
More specifically, Fairfax County

In Fairfax country,
A= 94-100
B+= 90-93
B= 84-89
and so on
I got a B+s in all my core subjects this year
Will this hurt me when applying to colleges?
Johns Hopkins, MIT, an Ivy possibly.

It is difficult to say. But there are always things that will bring you up. Academics are not the only things that the school looks at. Try doing an extracurricular that you can put on your resume that will make you stand out. Don't worry about it, you might get in- you might not....but there are always lesser known schools that'll probably give you a full ride if you stand out!

Won't your school provide this grading scale on your transcript because it is different? This way colleges will know a B+ could be a 93 which is an A at other schools.
