Hey everyone!

Here's just my 2 cents reguarding your chances at:

Cornell (ED)...Okay
U-Penn...Iffy
Stanford...Iffy
Georgetown...Iffy
UC-Berkeley...Iffy
GWU...Good
UMiami...Good
Tulane...Very Good
Purdue...Very Good

Being an International will make it slightly more difficult for you with respect to financial aid, but you still have a shot at the schools on your list. Just make sure your recs and essays are very good to excellent. Again, just my humble opinion. :)

Cornell ED - Reach
U-Penn ED - Reach /Match
Stanford - Reach
Georgetown Reach/Match
UC Berkeley Out of state-Reach
George Washington U. - Match
U. of Miami - You're in
Tulane - You're in
Purdue - Don't know

aren't those leadership conferences a scam? maybe i'm wrong... i didn't do it because i thought i was getting duped

I like listening to second opinions. I understand Stanford and Georgetown might be big reaches, but I'm applying there anyways, lol. Also, do you guys know of any LIberal Arts Colleges I should consider? I would prefer staying in the East Coast or California, but maybe agood opportunity might change my mind...

As for NSLC, it was the best experience I've had in my life. I don't know how much it will help in my college application, but my stats wouldn't have been what they are without the motivation the program gave me. It was a lot money, especially for my parents -well my rich uncle paid more than half of it-, but it was definetely worth it.

BTW, I forgot to mention I also got a 740 in the Math IIC SAT II.

I would suggest some colleges from this list of LACs:

Grinnell
Whitman
Bates
Colby
Carleton
Macalester
Trinity C
Hamilton
Colgate
Davidson
Occidental
Reed
Colorado C
Connecticut C
Haverford
Vassar
Rhodes
Bucknell
Lafayette
Bard
Skidmore
Denison
DePauw

Again, just a starting point. Anyhow, good luck. :)
