Sup,
(I am in 10th grade and I have all A’s including my 3 AP Classes of Psychology, Capstone Seminar, and World History)I have a 3.5 (soon to be higher) GPA, and I intend on taking 1 Honors and 6 AP Classes for pretty much the rest of high school. I am joining SNHS, NHS, and NSSHS. I also am a varsity golf player, if that even matters, but I want to know what are my chances of being accepted to the Burnett Medical Scholars program? Also, I got a 1400 on my PSAT.
Even though I dont know much about the progam youre reffering to, I would advice you not to take tons of APs if you cant follow them. Its much better to take fewer courses and do great in them than take tons of courses and be average. If you can make it though, you will definately benefit from being good in so many classes. I wosh you the best of luck. Please tell me your opinion here http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/college-admissions/2071793-what-do-you-think-of-my-ecs-need-your-help.html#latest

If you don’t have this info, I would suggest calling Burnett and asking what this year’s cutoff was for entrance into BMS. Several years ago when my kids applied to Burnett, there was a separate application for BMS and it was clear on the bare minimum for acceptance. Give them a call.
