<p>I am a student from India CBSE board (class 12th)...so I want to know that what should I report in the level section (A -level/O- level /etc etc. )

<p>Sorry for late reply. Everything. You have to report everything, most unis don’t accept you without A-Levels, as that is the equivalent of high school diploma, and you should also report O-Levels, because otherwise they can accuse you of withholding information.</p>
